thick goo. Unconvincingly hiding her disgust for the taste, she must keep
rehearsing. The alcohol takes effect, "Do you pop out at parties---are you
unpoopular?" Lucy tries to keep her composure with hilarious results. |

In this classic episode, the gals and guys switch jobs. Lucy and Ethel find
jobs at a chocolate factory, and must wrap candy as it comes in by conveyor
belt. If one piece of candy passes by without wrapper, they will be fired.
The belt's pace is slow at first, but speeds up. Unable to keep up, they
begin stuffing candy in their mouths, down their blouses and even in their
hats. The forewoman arrives and is impressed that no candy has passed them
and yells, "Speed it up a little!" |

episode, Lucy is "discovered" on a train to Rome by a famous Italian movie
producer. Lucy mistakenly believes the film "Bitter Grapes," is about
winemaking and feels she must research by visiting a local vineyard. She
joins the local women, who do not appreciate her presence in the
grape-pressing vat. Irritated with Lucy, a woman throws a handful of grapes
at her face. Lucy retaliates and a free-for-all ensues!
