Each Apollo Bear comes with a tag that is individually numbered.   They were limited to a production of 15,000.   The tag also gives the date which they were BORN:  June 20, 1999 and the date they RETIRED  July 20,1999.   The left arm has USA embroidered down the side in Red, White and Blue.  The right arm has the NASA emblom.  The back of each bear has the following:
